We are very pleasant you are reading about us and visiting our web site, Villas Maria Fernanda is located in beautiful Teacapan, Sinaloa., Mexico, just 100 miles south from the famous Mexican resort of Mazatlan, we are in the county of Escuinapa right in the cost in the limits of the states of Sinaloa and Nayarit, Teacapan is very well known by locals as a very green place due to the jungle of palm trees exist approximately 3,000,000 million palm trees, to see this scenery is incredible where you will be in touch with mother nature. My family and I started a little proyect at the beginning named Maria Fernanda Villages that consist in rooms made very ecological with palm trees roof and surrounded each unit with all kind of plants and flowers of the region so this way you could be in touch with nature while sleeping or just relaxing reading a book. At present times we have made next to the villages a new proyect names Maria Fernanda Hotel equipped with a restaurant and all facilities to make your stay very comfortable.

Teacapan has miles and miles of virgin beaches where progress is not here yet, this is very natural with incredible scenearies of lagoons, rivers and estuaries full of birds as blue herons, parrots, seagulls, pelicans, storks and the incredible and beautiful pink herons. My wife, kids and myself could not live happy just been in this paradise which is actually an island. The area is full of ranches with thousands and thousand of cattle and horses ranches and full of beautiful haciendas. Near our hotel is the incredible ecological zone of Bird Island where the only way to get there is taking a local boat and navigate thru a jungle of mangroves where you will watch the flora and fauna of the area, the navigation time will take at least half and hour to arrive to this untouched zone by human. There is also a very impressive island taking a boat ride to the pacific ocean and you will get after an hour ride to Isabel island where you will see the hot springs of a near volcano and the impressive whales as mantas. Near Teacapan is also located the incredible pyramid of sea shells made by the natives Indian totorame that was recently discover with a very difficult acces to get there walking among weak sands and swamps. If you really want to have an incredible adventure do not think it twice and fly to Mazatlan Mexico and then we will pick you up at the airport and then we will drive you along the cost for about 1 ½ hour to get to this paradisiacal place.
